· After 24 hours we place the order with our supplier in Japan and it can no longer be cancelled. Defects, wrong items, and items differing from their description are handled regardless of this window.
· For damage in transit, product defects, or wrong shipments, contact us with photos after receipt and we'll exchange/refund per applicable law.
