What Happens After You Order — the Full Yosimarket Process

Our delivery doesn't work like next-day domestic shopping. When you pay, we source the genuine item in Japan, inspect it, then ship it internationally through customs. Knowing what happens at each step — and how long it takes — turns the wait into a schedule, not a worry.

1. The flow at a glance

Payment → order placed in Japan → arrival & inspection → international shipping → customs & local delivery. Typically 2–4 weeks; pre-orders enter this flow after their release date.

FAQ

Why does it take 2–4 weeks?

We batch-order in Japan monthly, then the item goes through inspection, international shipping and customs. Each step shows on your order card in My Page.

Can I track my order?

Your order card shows the current step in real time; once with the local courier, you get a tracking number.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 24 hours of payment — that is a full refund. After 24 hours the order has gone out to Japan and cannot be cancelled. Defects, wrong items and goods differing from their description are handled at any time.

When do pre-orders arrive?

They enter the flow after the maker's release date, so estimate release date + 2–4 weeks. Maker delays push the schedule accordingly.
