How long does an order take?

Once your card payment is complete, we source the authentic item directly in Japan. Orders are batched weekly for customs clearance, so unlike domestic delivery, it usually takes 2–4 weeks to arrive (varies with customs). Pre-order items ship after the manufacturer's release date.

How do I pay?

Payment is by credit or debit card. Prices shown in the listing and product page are item price only; international shipping, duties, and VAT are added at cart/checkout to give a final total. Sourcing begins as soon as your card payment is complete.

Are there extra costs beyond the listed price?

Yes. The price on the product page is the item price only. International shipping (from ₩8,000) and duties/VAT (8% duty and 10% VAT if the personal-use exemption of USD 150 is exceeded) are added at checkout. You can see the exact final total on the checkout screen.

Are these items authentic?

Yes. We only carry authentic items from official Japanese distribution channels.

What are pre-order items?

These are items not yet released. After pre-ordering, they arrive and ship once the release date has passed. You can check the release date on the product page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Before the order is placed in Japan (during domestic consolidation after payment), cancellation and refund are available anytime. However, due to the nature of individually ordered overseas items, change-of-mind cancellation, returns, or exchanges may be limited once the order has been placed. For damage in transit, product defects, or wrong shipments, contact us with photos after receipt and we will promptly exchange or refund per applicable law. How do I check stock or sold-out status?

In-stock, pre-order, and sold-out status is shown in real time on listings and product pages. If you have a question about a specific item's stock, please contact us below using the "Stock check" category.
