· Pre-orders follow the same rule: cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, and if pre-orders close before we can order it in Japan, you get a full refund at any time (ships after release).
· Change-of-mind cancellations are fully refunded if requested within 24 hours of payment.
· If we cannot place your order — sold out, pre-orders closed or similar — you get a full refund at any time.
· After 24 hours we place the order in Japan, so change-of-mind cancellation is no longer possible. Defects, wrong items, and items differing from their description are handled regardless of this window.
· For damage in transit, product defects, or wrong shipments, contact us with photos after receipt and we'll exchange/refund per applicable law.
