· Pre-order: full refund/cancellation is available until release and ordering (ships after release).
· Before the order is placed in Japan (during domestic consolidation after payment), cancellation and refund are always available.
· Due to the nature of individually ordered overseas items, refunds/returns/exchanges for a change of mind may be limited once the order has been placed.
